chapter 1: Youkai naishi Bakemono?

Pling...Pling...
Fūrins chimed softly in the gently blowing breeze as white clouds floated over the azure sky, rice plants swayed silently nearby the town of Asian appearance. The blooming Sakura trees within the village revealed that it was Shigatsu but that it was closing onto Gogatsu as the sakura petals had started to fall. In the middle of the rustic old town a great hill rose, that hill was covered with the most beautiful sakura trees you could ever imagine, the grass grew high and wild as if no one had cared for it, here and there was stones scattered, on them was ropes and charms placed. There was a small path of rock on the hill which lead up to the top of it, at the top sat a small little kitsune, white as snow, and stared up at the serene yet emotionless sky and the vermilion colored Torii gate. He closed his eyes and a tear fell from his eyes into his fur, making it moist. He was thinking back on his life, feeling as if it was about to end, just like kids sometimes do when they are awaiting an punishment.

He had never ventured out beyond the mountains which protected his home, he had lived in this town ever since he was born...Like everyone else he couldn't remember what happened when he was born but he had heard that it had been a beautiful day, there had been much joy about in the village at his birth...until he was born that his...His snow white fur and radiant green eyes, rare as hearts of gold and true friends, had frightened the villagers...the elders had recalled legends and myths that foretold of white foxes of doom. The younger population just shunned him because of that he was so different from them...and it hadn't gotten any better when he learned that he had the ability to interact with spirits of the dead. Sure, he had grown angry and resentful at them but he was not a bad fox, he was actually quite sweet and kind, and would have forgiven them if they asked for forgiveness, but they never did, they just continued to see him as a monster...

When he was about five years old, something very rare happened...an outsider found his way into the village...a vampire, or as the others called him; a western kitsune...The reason to that they call vampires western kitsunes, is due to the similarities in that they both feeds from something, sometimes until its dead and destroyed...Kitsunes feed on the elements (even thought they also love normal food like sushi and onigiris) and the vampires on living creatures...The little kitsune was happy that he was of a special family that only feed on the emotions of others because it never hurt anyone...

The village kitsunes came to vampire, whose name was Vraddo Danna, quite easily, the village was quite hard to get to due to that it and this world was within a pocket space created by the kitsunes, but otherwise they were pretty friendly and hospital...The only one who wasn't charmed by him was the little white kitsune, he just kept sensing something bad about the vampire but he just couldn't put his paw on it. Not long after the arrival of the dark haired and white skinned vampire, the stranger started being a lot with the little kitsunes mother Madeikiri (Maddiki for short), this made him scared that his mother would forget the love she had for his father Jackie, a human who recently died in a war...Not knowing what else to do he ran to the Tsukuyami cave which held a link to the world of the dead, with it the white kitsune summoned his fathers spirit.
He brought it home where things went differently than what he had expected...His mother had started to crying for the surprise and she told him that no one would ever replace his father but she also explained that it was against all laws to bring back the dead and that the Kitsunes law systems wouldn't let him go unpunished for it.

The Kitsune Court toke quite a long time deciding what to do with the kitsune and his fathers soul, it took them five years to decide that his father should be reincarnated back into the humans world and another four years to decide upon that the little kitsune would be exiled into the world of his father but it would take four more years until they executed the exile due to that they wanted him to be able to take care of himself. Those nine years was the worst in the little kitsunes life, no one except his mother and his big sister Razzu wanted to be near him, thought the time he got to be with his fathers soul was nice. Jackie told him about the human world and time he had come from, its marvels and its horrors. But the most important thing that his father told him was that he shouldn't see whatever it was that he got as a punishment as a punishment, but as a blessing, a proof of his strength and true heart.

Now was the time of his exile and he couldn't stop the tears that flowed from his eyes, he wasn't embarrassed at the fact he was a eighteen year old male fox who cried like a baby, leaving this safe haven, no matter how mean its habitants was against him, and his family was so hard on him. By now the sun had started to sink. Suddenly he heard footsteps of somebody coming up to the glade, he turned around to see his mother and sister come walking up to him. His mother was a beautiful and slender fox with auburn red fur and lavender eyes, his sister wasn't quite as beautiful as their mother but she still had beauty to her, one could really see that she was her mothers daughter as she had the same auburn fur but she had her fathers turquoise eyes.

"Crying again twerp?" Razzu asked teasingly." As much as you cry you should be a fountain, not a kitsune!"

The white kitsune growled at his sister," Its not my fault, I'm being punished for something I hardly remember! Besides, who told you that? That drunkard tanuki Shukaki? Or your dollie Confusune?"

Razzu's expression showed how insulted she felt for her brothers comment.

"Both of you, stop it!" Maddiki told them with a bossy tone. Her three tails whipped back and forward." Razzu, show a little compassion for your brother! And Danitsu, show a little respect for Razzu's choice in friends!"

"Mom! They arent my friends, I'm just trying to help them stop drinking!"

"Yeah yeah whatever..."Madiki sighed." Danitsu, its time...You have to go...You know if you don't..."

"Yes..." Danitsu replied with his head hanging.

"Be careful in the other world, it is dangerous, and it changes quicker than you know! Don't use your powers or the kitsune-bi unless you really need it, humans are greedy and would do anything to catch a kitsune, especially one rare of color."

"Yes mother..." He sniveled with boredom.

"Oh, honey...Everything will be alright! Find your father and he will help you, even if he doesn't remember you! With his help, I'm sure you will find a way home again, and when you do the others will see your punishment is over. Now its time to go...Good bye my son, make us proud!"

"I will mother...don't worry..." Danitsu told her, and then whispered to Razzu. "Take care of mother, and don't let Danna-san get near her."

He then turned around facing the Torii gate, took a deep breath to then let it out, he turned his head to see the faces of his loved ones and home for one last time, a tear fell as the sun sank down beyond the horizon and he jumped through the gate.

Danitsu could feel the chakra move around, it was hard to pinpoint exactly as it was more powerful than his own, it was strong but not unpleasantly so, it seemed to indicate a creature with intelligence yet no real experience... Danny, Sam and Tucker had it harder, they had only their vision and hearing to follow it, and they were very limited... Suddenly blasts of sakura petals whipped through the foliage of the trees, hitting the human trio, and putting them out of commission for a while. Danitsu growled, he wasn't afraid to drop his human disguise if it would stop all of this, he knew this had to stop, no matter what. There was suddenly another blast of Sakura petals and that's when he saw a glimpse of it, amongst the petals he could see something that didnt quite fit in amongst them...Something familiar...

"A Kitsune?!"
